If you are ordering for a special event and need to ensure arrival by a certain date, please reach out to us to ensure arrival date.
Pre-Order items will have an ETA displayed accordingly for each product, so please be aware that we do offer pre-order items.
Due to the nature of our business (customization of products), ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Please ensure that your customizations are spelled correctly, as we do not offer refunds for mistyped information.
Should there be an issue with your order, please reach out to us immediately after receipt of item(s), within 4 days of delivery tracking date, so that we can assess the issue and possibly arrange return of item(s), should we find that we are at fault. After we receive your return, we will issue a replacement. You must reach out to us within the 4-day time period for possible replacement. No refunds will be issued, as all sales are final.
